Speaking the truth!

Strong women and men in male dominated professions stand up for what is right. May it be harassment, a broken policy, unethical behavior, a bullied peer, the list goes on. Sadly there are low people in high positions who call themselves leaders, that make it a mission to knock these women down. It can ruin her day or it can wreck her entire life. Far too often the most reputable trail blazing gals back away and stay silent to save themselves from the never ending miserable ripple of reprisal and to avoid being deemed one of “those women”. Yes there are “zero tolerance” policies but sneaky retaliation is alive and well and it can smash down the bright light burning in amazing women. This is the place where their stories will be anonymously shared in a way that will shed light where needed, while attempting to bring awareness and change by those who cause pain. Privacy of the brave is promised and stories can be told in ways that never indicate those who hurt them or can specifically suggest exactly who caused them so much pain. It is up to each woman who shares her very personal story or that of a sister.

Please stay tuned and join in this journey with me. Know that stories will be confirmed and only truth will be tolerated. Help me not only call out those who’ve done wrong but celebrate the women whose careers seemed to be going down in flames… but they managed to go UP in Flames and rise above it all stronger than before.

I will initially focus on firefighters and hope to expand outward to law enforcement and military women. It’s more important than ever to provide a place where the women who put their lives on the line, feel safe speaking out while attempting to bring change if even through awareness. The stories that are buried out of self preservation are sometimes beyond belief. The little girls who dream to be just like them depend on it.

An anonymous messaging option will be available soon.
